A suspicious text. One tap for help. Family takes it from there.
Mom gets a text saying her bank account is locked. Before calling the number in the message, she taps “Is this a scam?”
It lands on your family’s shared desk, where whoever is available can step in with a clear answer: “Let’s check—call the number on the back of your bank card,” or “This looks like a scam. Don’t respond.”
When she needs a familiar voice or a helping hand, the same simple screen has large, easy-to-find buttons to call family or ask for help.
The preview opens straight to a sample family's desk in your browser. It doesn't call, text or alert anyone.
Features
A text that doesn’t seem right. A caller asking for money. A moment when Mom needs someone to pick up.
Evenhold gives your loved one a simple way to reach out—and your family one shared place to respond, work out what’s needed, and take care of it together.
Your loved one shares a suspicious text, email, or details of a call with the family. Whoever is available can respond with a clear next step: “Let’s verify this—call the number on the back of your bank card,” or “This looks like a scam. Don’t respond.”
One button. A quick confirmation. Family knows help is needed.
On the Free plan, the alert reaches one family member in the app. On Family plans, it reaches every caregiver.
Large, easy-to-read text. One clear button per line. With Tap and Talk, they can say what they need in their own words.
No ads. No upgrade offers. No sales pop-ups. Ever.
One place for the whole family to see what needs attention: pending requests, open alerts, the safety checklist, the emergency card, and who’s already stepped in. Less catching up. More helping out. Nobody carries the worry alone.
A little preparation for the day someone gets locked out. Fill out this printable sheet together by hand, so your family knows where important information is kept and who to call. No passwords on the sheet. None stored by Evenhold.
When family needs you, an alert should be easy to hear. With your permission during setup, alerts are designed to sound even when your phone is on vibrate or silent. Your phone’s settings still determine what gets through, so setup will include a test alert to help you check.
Location, with their OK
See where your loved one is when they choose to share, without needing to call throughout the day.
Location sharing isn’t a medical alert service and doesn’t detect falls. It depends on their phone being with them, powered on, and connected to a signal.
How it works
Add your loved one, their emergency information, and the family members who help. A step-by-step guide walks you through each part.
Install Evenhold on their iPhone or Android phone and send their personal invite. They open it and tap “Yes, this is my phone.” No passwords to remember.
Requests and alerts arrive on the shared desk. Whoever is available can step in with a clear next step, and everyone can see what’s being handled and what’s been taken care of.
We're opening Evenhold to a small group of families first.
Why we built it
Caring for family, especially from a distance, often happens between everything else: a worried phone call, a suspicious text, a reminder scribbled somewhere. Keeping track can become one person’s job without anyone meaning for it to.
That’s why we’re building Evenhold: one calm screen for your loved one, and one shared place for family to help.
We believe asking for help should feel easy, staying independent should come with dignity, and the basics of keeping family safe should be free.
Make it simple for families to care for the people they love, so loved ones stay safe, connected, and independent, with technology that feels easy from the first tap.
Trust and privacy
If a scam message shows a number or password: a scam check shares what your loved one sends, so the caregivers in your family can see anything written in it. Cover or cross out account numbers and codes before sending if you can. When a picture is added, the picture itself isn't uploaded; the app keeps only its file name. See the privacy policy for details.
Evenhold is in preview. Right now the only thing we collect is the email address you enter to join early access. See our privacy policy.
Pricing
Evenhold isn't open for sign-ups yet, and no payments are taken. These are the prices we're planning.
What's always free, and what the paid plans add. The buttons your loved one needs in a hard moment never cost anything. Paying adds reach: more caregivers, more loved ones, more checks.

FAQ
Not the big-button screen. That part needs an iPhone or Android smartphone. If your loved one has a flip phone or landline, the family can still use the printable emergency card and break-glass sheet, but scam checks, alerts and location need a smartphone.
Very little. You set things up from the family side. Your loved one opens the invite you send and taps "Yes, this is my phone." There are no passwords for them to remember. Location sharing is optional, and only they can turn it on.
Those are well-known services, and each has its own focus, such as family location sharing, watching bank and credit accounts for unusual activity, or a medical alert device. Evenhold is a family help desk: your loved one asks, and the family answers. It doesn't watch bank or credit accounts, it isn't a medical alert or 24/7 monitoring service, and it isn't identity theft insurance. Some families may use Evenhold alongside those services.
That's the plan for the iPhone and Android apps. Alerts are designed to break through vibrate and silent once you allow it during setup, and setup will include a test alert. We can't promise every alert will sound, because that depends on each phone's settings and permissions. In an emergency, your loved one should always call 911.
No. The Call 911 button asks first, then opens the phone's own dialer, and the call goes through the phone itself. Evenhold doesn't monitor anyone or dispatch help.
No. Evenhold helps you turn on your phone carrier's free call filtering. Scam check answers are a first read to help your family decide, not a guarantee.
Not yet. Evenhold is coming to iPhone and Android, and we'll open it to a small group of families first. You can try the preview in your browser with sample data today.

Evenhold doesn't monitor your loved one, dispatch help, or contact 911 for anyone. The Call 911 button simply opens the phone's own dialer, and every call goes through the phone itself. In an emergency, always call 911 directly.
